 4 Scoops of Coconut Ice Cream
 6 Slices of Brioche loaf
 250 g Fresh Queensland Strawberries, hulled and sliced
 Squeeze of Honey or Maple Syrup

Lay one slice of brioche bread on each plate and cover with one scoop of ice cream.

Add a layer of strawberry slices, drizzle with honey or syrup.

Repeat again, finishing off with a slice of brioche bread.
