125 g Queensland Strawberries, hulled and sliced
Sourdough bread sliced
1 Ripe Green Skin Avocado
Fresh Goat Feta cheese
Lemon Zest
White Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh herbs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper

Toast the Sourdough and lightly drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive oil.

Layer the cheese, avocado and strawberries on the toast.

Top with your favourite selection of fresh herbs, some White Balsamic Vinegar and lemon zest, salt & pepper to taste.
