1 Wheel of Double Brie
1 cup Oven Roasted Strawberries
3 pinches Fresh Thyme
Balsamic Vinegar or Balsamic Glaze
1 Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced (350°F).
2 Prepare the brie by shaving off the top of the white rind on one side.
3 Position onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes or until the brie is just soft.
4 Top the brie with the oven-roasted strawberries and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.
5 Remove from the oven, place on a platter, sprinkle with fresh thyme and a drizzle more of Balsamic vinegar or glaze.
6 Serve with toasted sourdough, baked pita bread chips or plain crackers.
