 1 ripe Avocado
 200 g 200g sliced Queensland Strawberries
 Sea Salt & freshly ground Black Pepper
 Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Drizzle of Balsamic Glaze
 Basil Leaves, shredded

Toast bread.

Top with smashed avo & sliced strawberries.

Sprinkle over sea salt, pepper & basil leaves.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
