”At my farm , we only use certified organic inputs, we weed by hand and we do everything we can to encourage bees to thrive - it makes beautiful organic strawberries that taste heavenly!
Pim & Edwin Mens
I came to Australia from Thailand to be with my Mum when I was just 16 years old and have always been in Glass House Mountains - you won't believe it but I was just about to join the army in Australia, aged 17, when I met Edwin whose family were organic farmers and the rest is history!
I have had my farm at Glass House Mountains for 23 years and it has been fully certified as organic for 18 years - we chose to grow organically following the methods used by Edwin's parents and it really works for us
My total focus is on quality and not quantity - I love the hard work and enormous satisfaction of growing organic fruits & vegetables on our farm with stunning views of Mount Beerwah
