Berry Industry Fair & Field Day Sponsorship

We are looking for businesses that would like to deliver practical demonstrations, interesting and topical talks, and/or static displays. Combining a range of opportunities to promote your business, this face-to-face day will ensure that your brand and associated products/services receive direct exposure to growers within the Queensland Strawberry & wider berry industries and beyond.  GST is included at 10%.

THIS IS A COVID-SAFE EVENT

• People must not attend if they are unwell, have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath (COVID related symptoms)
• People must not attend if they have travelled overseas in the past month
• People must stay up-to-date and comply with current COVID-19 restrictions
• Individuals are responsible for maintaining physical distancing during the event

• 3 x 3m Exhibit area (set up and pack down included if you hire a Gazebo/Table)
• 10-minute Presentation slot
• Listing in Field Day program
• Lunch for two people

$600 inc GST

• 3 x 6m Exhibit area (set up and pack down included if you hire a Gazebo/Table)
• Listing in Field Day program
• Lunch for two people

Maximum size 3x3m

$390 inc GST

Inclusions:

• 3 x 3m display area (set up and pack down included if you hire a Gazebo/Table)
• Listing in Field Day program
• Lunch for two people

Gazebos and tables can be hired for the day if required.  These will be set up and packed down for you – you just have to turn up with your products, signage, and information for distribution. Chairs will be provided at no cost.

More information will be forwarded as soon as we receive your registration form and payment. The Committee reserves the right to amend the planned program at any time.
