”I'm proud to be a farmer, we're resilient people. I also love eating strawberries, so I'm excited for the season. We always look for good flavour and strive for the best crop we can.Luigi Coco
A&E Coco & Sons is a full family operation. Luigi is the Former President of the Queensland Strawberry Growers Association, his role on the farm is managing the staff, selling the fruit and the shed. Also in the team are, John who grows the crop and Melina who's responsible for admin payroll... all whilst balancing 2 kids in schools
They've been growing for 40 years, but before strawberries the land was used for farming pineapples, citrus and small crops.
